Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your Sips product, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Returns

If you’d like to return your item for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • It must be in a resaleable condition, with no signs of wear or damage

To start a return, email us at info@hellosips.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with return instructions.

Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.


Exchanges

We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the issue. We'll offer you a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if needed.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty on arrival)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
